Short Notice Inspection

In March Pavilion Housing was inspected by the independent government regulators the Audit Commission. The Audit Commission is responsible for inspecting housing associations to check that good services are being delivered to customers.

Following the inspection we consulted over 400 customers in order to develop and prioritise an improvement action plan that meets residents’ needs and priorities and focuses on the right service areas. This plan has been integrated into our annual Operating Plan which sets out all of the improvements we intend to make over the year.
