New Developments
Alongside managing our properties, Pavilion actively seeks opportunities to build new family homes both affordable rent and as shared ownership. We secure empty land for development, we partner local authorities to identify older homes and brown field sites for redevelopment, and work with developers to include affordable housing in larger new developments.
Our new build programme aims to provide the types of homes our existing customers demand most as their families continue to grow, three and four bedroom houses. We also constantly re-evaluate our properties, setting in place new procedures to guarantee the popularity and quality of the homes we provide.
